Scott will check the electrical the plumbing and the HVAC system for the house. His first walk around the house will give him an idea on where there may be areas that need special attention and a total overview of the exterior structure of the house itself. He also encourages the client to walk with him so they can hear his descriptions first hand, pictures are good but he feels actually showing the client what is being described is the best way for the buyers to come to an educated and informed decision of whether or not to buy the house.
Scott will always present the inspection report at the jobsite via email. He feels the client has just paid for a service and they should not have to wait for the results. Since the client owns the report only they can release the reports to other parties. Scott is required by the Maryland Book of Standards and Practices to present only observations through his inspections, therefore he cannot offer solutions or recommend contractors to work on any areas of concern located during the inspection.
We look forward to working with you and helping you with one of the most important decision you make regarding your future.
